Duties

The Village President is Chief Elected Officer of the Village and presides over all Village Board meetings. The Village President, with advice and consent of the Board, appoints members to:

• Board of Fire & Police Commissioners
• Community Affairs Commission
  
• Economic Development Commission
• Electrical Commission
• Plan Commission
• Police Pension Board
• Site Plan / Architectural Review Committee
• Zoning Board of Appeals
