Siding
A permit is required for the replacement of siding. Note that commercial and industrial zoned properties may require additional approval of exterior changes from the Site Plan and Architectural Review Committee. No inspections and no fees are required.
Application Requirements
The following is needed in order to apply for a permit:
- Completed EZ Permit Application.
- A copy of the contract between the homeowner and the contractor (if one is being used).
- Homeowner Affidavit if homeowner is doing any of the work themselves

- All contractors listed on no-fee permits must still be licensed in accordance with Title 3, Chapter 8 of the Village Code.
