This  Commission is appointed by the Village President with advice and consent of the Village Board of Trustees for terms of one year in duration.

The Commission focuses on enhancing economic development in the community and advises the Village Board on various programs that would improve the economic viability of the community.

This Commission meets on a quarterly basis or more frequently as may be needed, and the members are not compensated for their volunteer efforts.
