The Village of Mokena Property Maintenance Code requires that all:

• Properties be kept in an orderly, clean, and safe condition
• Weeds and tall grass be kept cut
• Rubbish and debris are properly disposed of
• Vehicles and other mechanical equipment be maintained in working order and properly stored
