The main campus of the Mokena Community Park District is located on LaPorte Road, between Schoolhouse Road and Mokena Street. It is made up of:

The Hickory Creek Preserve is part of the Will County Forest Preserve District. It is located on the south east side of Mokena, with access off LaPorte Road. It offers trails and picnic areas.
